CD Coffee Table Book

In collaboration with The Cavalier Daily's Finance Desk and Archival Desk, the Design Desk is aiding in the development of a coffee table book featuring vintage articles from the paper's 137 year history. The book would be available to purchase for U.Va. students, alumni, and local Charlottesville businesses wanting to feature a bit of U.Va. in their storefront.

Below is of my creative process illustrated by the development of this archival coffee table book for The Cavalier Daily.

Take inspiration from preexisting coffee table books, especially from larger, more established newspapers such as The Washington Post.

Begin to consider how The Cavalier Daily's brand fits into the picture.
